Humanized version of Airachnid and Breakdown from Transformers: Prime.


In #18 - Metal Attraction, Breakdown says something like "How about I hogtie you and haul you in?" when he is fighting a rebellious Airachnid. Later, Airachnid calls Breakdown by this nickname 'muscles' when they work together in order to defeat the Autobots. The exchange between these two in that episode amused me, so I drew this imaginary hogtie scene.



Okay, this is the story behind this picture:


After returning to Nemesis, Megatron orders Breakdown to guard Airachnid until the Decepticon leader figures out how to punish her betrayal. This time he manages to hogtie her but doesn't know what to do with the femme afterward. For someone like Breakdown, being forced to stuck with a femme alone is actually a pretty awkward experience. Especially after what happened to them when their frames were glued together back to back due to that polarity gauntlet.

Airachnid, on the other hand, is totally bored. So she starts making some snide, dirty comments which are almost like sexual harassment... and she's making Breakdown very uncomfortable. Guess the bulky Decepticon must be praying desperately for Starscream or Knock Out's return since they're more capable of dealing with situation like this.





It's fun to draw these two, although I don't think this pairing would work. It seems that Airachnid is more interested in Arcee than any other mech in this universe... Maybe that's why she's so reluctant to join the boy's club. :XD:

Lol, he can kind of sensitive sometimes when he's around femmes, so it's natural that he would feel uneasy when he has to stuck with Airachnid. She's not a normal femme, after all. :eyes:

I always think that TFA!Blackarachnia and TFP!Airachnid are two completely different characters. Their names are different, and their background stories are not the same either. So I've never considered comparing them like this...

Since this was drawn last year almost I'm guessing you know, that that psycho spider bot took breakdown apart with extreme prejudice?

Yes, I'm fully aware of what happened to poor Breakdown in Season 2. I can't believe they actually killed him off like that! He was an amazing character, though. What a waste! :crying:
